You can change your tickets date, schedule or destination 30 minutes before your bus departure. Also if the ticket was bought through our web or mobile applications you can change your ticket 60 minutes after its purchase. You must provide the original ticket and an oficial identification that matches the ticketholder name. Changes can only be done at the ticket office . In case the new ticket has a higher fare, you must pay the correspondent fare difference.
